EZ Software SKU Conversion Service

Convert your ACTIVANTTM SKUs from one vendor to another. The process requires only a conversion data file with cross references to your current SKUs. (You can obtain this file from your new vendor.) We do all the work for you from our office. There's no additional hardware or software to purchase -- we provide all the hardware and software necessary to complete the conversion, and use a telephone link-up to control the operation. (This results in minimum involvement required by store personnel.) We provide telephone support if needed. We can also perform other maintenance tasks on your ACTIVANTTM system if desired.

SKU conversions take approximately three to four days. 1 (On-site support is available if desired; call for rates.)

1. This cost covers one conversion process. Customers wishing to convert their SKUs again in the future must again purchase this service.

Vendor Catalog Posting Service

Post records from your vendors directly onto your ACTIVANTTM system. Our service accurately loads catalog records -- including UPC codes if provided on the vendor's diskette -- in a fraction of the time it would take to load them manually. Edit out unwanted records prior to loading. Update your records on a regular basis automatically.

Simply have your vendors send us their catalog via diskette. We will format the information so that it can be posted directly to your ACTIVANTTM system. 2

2. Software required: EZ_Workstation, EZ_Update, EZ_Edit (for editing out records), EZ_Edit UPC enhancement (for posting UPC codes).

Catalog posting service: $200.00 per file.

EZ Master Extract Service

Remove ACTIVANTTM data from DX-10 or Eagle Systems. Your files will be supplied to you on diskette or may be obtained via modem. Ten files are available for extract:

Additional Data Services are available, at an hourly rate of $80.00 per hour.
